We know that nitrogen-removing septic systems — also known as “best available technology” — are important to reducing pollution in the Sassafras River and the Chesapeake Bay.  Jenn Hicks will help us understand how to use funds available under the Bay Restoration Fund (the “flush tax”) to install these systems to replace or aging or failing septic systems.
